The Giants won the World Series yesterday, and San Francisco literally went up in flames. Fun!
Sorry for the shakiness. It’s surprisingly difficult to hold an iPhone steady while a big fire is popping ominously and firecrackers are exploding nearby. This was the scene at one of the larger fires, at 19th and Mission. Riot police eventually swept through the area to clear the street.
Local news vans weren’t spared either. Hooligans clung to the back of the van.
