Judge of the Day: A State Judge's Alleged Affair and Baby Mama Drama Exposed -- Via Incriminating Texts

The Michigan judge who sent half-naked pictures of himself to a bailiff via text is now back in the news with some more scandalous (and sexy) allegations.

Remember Judge Wade McCree? How could you not! He’s the Michigan jurist who received our Judge of the Day honors back in April for sending nearly-nude photos of himself to one of his female bailiffs via sext message. When confronted with the issue, McCree told a Fox Detroit reporter he had “no shame in [his] game.” When confronted by the Michigan Supreme Court, McCree was issued a censure for bringing shame to the judiciary, if not himself.

Now, you’d think that the good judge would clean up his act after a brush with the law, but of course, you’d be wrong. We wonder if he’s got any shame in his game now that his alleged affair with a litigant has been exposed for all the world to see.

And you really won’t believe where this woman claims they got it on, repeatedly….

Apparently McCree wears his signature conservative bow tie to rein in the wanton sex god that lies just beneath the surface, because while in the midst of his Michigan Supreme Court ethics investigation, McCree allegedly started carrying on an affair with Geniene La’Shay Mott, a woman who came before the bench to complain about her ex-boyfriend dodging his child support payments.

What’s more is that Judge McCree and his lady friend allegedly planned how they would judicially punish Mott’s ex for his supposed lack of support. Here are some of the incriminating texts Fox Detroit obtained:

McCree: My Judicial Tenure Commission has me nervous, as you might expect. I have to be real careful until this matter is put to rest… you are the complaining witness on a case that is before me. Naturally if it got out that we were seeing each other before your B.D.’s (baby daddy) case closed, everybody could be in deep (expletive). Why you want to spend time with a man like me remains a mystery, but if you’ll have me… then as Bill Withers said, “use me up!” SMOOCHES.

McCree: OK, The math will be based on his failures since being placed on probation, but if U’r right, the threat of jail will loosen his purse strings!

Mott: OK, SO LET’S GO WITH WHAT YOU PROPOSED… GO 2 JAIL (150 DAYS), RELEASE UPON PAYMENT OF $1,500. OR, GET A TETHER & BRING BACK W/N 30 DAYS $2500 OR SERVE 9 MONTHS! BONUS: PAY W/N 30 DAYS, REMOVE TETHER. NOW BACK 2 US… WHAT ARE WE DOIN AFTER COURT THURSDAY???

Mott probably had to Google who Bill Withers is, but that’s neither here nor there. As planned, Mott’s ex got sent to jail, and after court, Judge McCree allegedly sent Mott to pleasure town — according to her, the pair had sex in the judge’s chambers all the time (and it was no big deal). “On his desk, in the chair, the couch, you name it,” and they had probably banged there, Mott said in an interview with Fox Detroit.

As is standard practice in illicit affairs, McCree allegedly promised that he was going to leave his loveless marriage to tie the knot with Mott. She even accompanied the judge as he went to file his divorce papers. But then, something completely unexpected happened; well, unexpected for people who have never had eighth grade sex ed — Mott got pregnant. As it turns out, what was really underneath McCree’s robe was a coward.

[I]t was supposed to be happily ever after until she says McCree got cold feet. According to the text sent from McCree’s phone, his wife found out about the baby and wouldn’t grant him the divorce unless Mott aborted it.

McCree: YEAH LET’S TALK!!! I WANT (AND SO DOES LAVERNE) THIS TERMINATION. U’LL GET WHATEVER U WANT 4 IT! I’VE BEEN CLEAR ON IT FROM THE GET GO!!! WHATEVER U WANT, YOU SHALL HAVE!!!

Mott: O NO… U ACT LIKE I’M HOLDING THIS OVER U… YOU ASKED ME 2 GET THE ABORTION 2 HELP YOU IN YOUR DIVORCE CASE.

Papa, don’t preach, she’s keeping the baby, but Judge McCree wasn’t exactly a fan of that course of action. When he found out, he decided to go to the Wayne County prosecutor’s office with claims that Mott had been “stalking and extorting” him. So much for their loving relationship. It’s time to dump the chump, girlfriend.

Investigators found McCree’s complaints baseless, but now he may face additional censure once the Michigan Supreme Court catches wind of his latest scandal. No wonder they call him “Judge McCreep.”
