Caption Contest Finalists: Following Instructions For Dummies

Just how dumb are law students? Apparently this dumb...

Last week, we asked readers to submit possible captions for this photo, taken at a law school:

Let’s have a look at what our readers came up with, and then vote on the finalists….

Here are the finalists (some captions that received the most “likes” from readers in Disqus, some underrated captions that received the most “likes” from yours truly, and of course, there’s one for the commenter who was able to truly appreciate my bootyliciousness):

A. This school may be a third-tier-toilet, but that chair is not.

B. Harvard shamefully games the Cooley Law School Rankings by counting library chairs that students are not allowed to sit in.

C. Counters are for glasses, not asses.

D. Cameron Knight’s carrel is now a tourist attraction at the Cornell Law Library.

E. Here if you must sit, you must do so bending over backwards.

F. The Western New England School of Law honors its most notable alum by reminding us of the fate of many poor chairs destroyed by Staci’s ample bottom during her tenure.

G. Dear students,

Please ignore the signs in the library. They were supposed to be in the bathroom stalls and signal “Your lives are going down the sh*tter.” We apologize for the confusion.

Sincerely,
The Dean

H. The sign seems pretty obvious to me. Just as in court, no student may use the library furniture unless they have standing.

Please vote for your favorite caption in our poll, which will be open through TUESDAY, APRIL 30, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time). Thanks!
