Four Prominent Patent Litigators Leave Finnegan Henderson

FINNEGAN, HENDERSON, FARABOW, GARRETT & DUNNER, LLP — MEMORANDUM

Firm Confidential Announcement

As some of you may have heard, John Alison, Steve Anzalone, Paul Goulet and Tom Jarvis have resigned from the firm. Management is working closely with them and others to ensure a smooth transition. If you receive questions from anyone outside the firm (e.g., media, other firms, clients) regarding their departures, please forward those inquiries to Linda Williams and Steve Moore. As always, please also exercise good judgment in discussing this issue internally and, as necessary, with your friends outside the firm.

John, Steve, Paul and Tom will continue to have many friends at our firm, and we wish them well with their future endeavors. And thank you for your help and support in this transition.

James [Monroe] (on behalf of the Management Committee)
