I am pleased to announce that the 2013 bonus levels for U.S. Associates will be as follows:

2005 and more senior $60,000

2006 $50,000

2007 $40,000

2008 $34,000

2009 $27,000

2010 $20,000

2011 $14,000

2012 $10,000

2013 $10,000 (prorated)

Bonuses will be paid on January 15, 2014. As in prior years, individual bonuses will be based upon an assessment of each associate’s overall performance, including quality of work, contribution, teamwork and pro bono efforts. In accordance with Firm policy, pro bono hours will be treated as equivalent to billable hours for performance review purposes. Where relevant, bonuses will be prorated in accordance with our customary practices.
