Personally I prefer the existing layout — but whichever floor plan you pick, it’s a spacious and inviting apartment in one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods. Hopefully the Graffagnas are enjoying Tokyo, because they left behind one fabulous pad in Manhattan.
