What kind of racist can't tell the difference between Uncle Ben and Cream of Wheat?

There are still a lot of jobs that you can have in this country if you are racist. For instance, I don’t really care if my airline pilot is racist. What is he going to do, blow the landing so I take the bus next time?

Actually, pilot is the only thing I could think of off the top of my head, but my point is that you can’t be racist and be the chair of a committee on the New York City Bar Association. Maybe you can get away with it in a leadership position at the New York State Bar Association, but not New York City; that stuff isn’t going to fly.

And that’s why Westchester attorney Andrew Barovick is stepping down from his role at the New York City Bar, where he chaired the medical malpractice committee. You could argue that a dude living in Westchester should never have been involved with the City bar in the first place, but his racist tweet towards Chris Moss, the running mate of failed gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino, is what did him in.

In anticipation of the Astorino/Moss ass kicking at the hands of Govenor Andrew Cuomo, Barovick tweeted out: “”In light of election loss, @SheriffMoss mulling offers to be new spokesmodel for either Cream of Wheat, or Uncle Ben’s Rice.”
