Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Loathes The Likes Of TMZ

She's got a bone to pick with the celebrity news site over a conspiracy it concocted over her client’s completion of court-ordered community service.

TMZ has stooped to a new low. To take Lindsay’s positive efforts in supporting CSV and turn them into something negative simply to sell a story is offensive. Lindsay has been involved in helping to raise funds for this wonderful organization since she started her community service there and she has continued her work as a volunteer, even though her community service was completed weeks ago.

— Shawn Holley, lawyer to Lindsay Lohan, commenting on a conspiracy concocted by TMZ related to her client’s completion of her court-ordered community service. Lohan claims to have done 240 hours of volunteer work at a London-based organization called Community Service Volunteers (CSV), but Terry White, the prosecutor on her case, is calling into question the legitimacy of the hours she supposedly worked. Lohan recently convinced Esurance to donate $10,000 to CSV, and TMZ now alleges that “the money could taint the legitimacy of CSV’s response” if a judge were to ask the organization for more information about Lohan’s service hours.
