–Former Dewey & LeBoeuf partner Alexander Dye in an email to partner John Schwolsky, expressing frustration over the 2007 re-election of Steven Davis as chairman of the ill-fated firm. This isn’t the first time we’ve mentioned Dye’s colorful comments directed at the firm’s potentially lurking (at the time) executive director Steve DiCarmine, but the emails are back in the news after being entered into evidence yesterday during the testimony of Schwolsky in the criminal trial of former Dewey bigwigs for their roles in the firm’s demise.
