HONG KONG REAL ESTATE / M&A OPENING AT TOP 10 FIRM, 3RD TO 5TH YEAR ASSOCIATE
One of our law firm clients in Hong Kong, a top 10 US firm, has an urgent need to fill a 3rd to 5th year opening in their Real Estate / M&A practice. This person can be US or UK trained. Mandarin is required.
This position’s focus will be on real estate deals, with particular emphasis on private equity clients. There will also be some possible work on related financing as well.
Real estate practice experience is not a requirement. M&A experience is required. Experience with private equity clients a big plus.
JD or LLM candidates will be considered. UK trained candidates will also be considered.
The hiring partner has a great reputation in the market.
