Juror Just Can't Keep Her Mouth Shut

You won't believe what this juror said about the trial she was on -- mid-trial.

I’m trying to remain positive and centered, but, truthfully, I’m dying from boredom.

— Kimberly Ellis, a New York woman who served on a jury last year in a robbery case, who couldn’t keep her thoughts on the trial to herself, even mid-trial. She posted the gem above as a Facebook status and went on to post, “God help me. The other jurors don’t trust the police and want to outright dismiss the confessions as well as the majority of the rest of the evidence. Tomorrow is going to be a very difficult day.” She was fined $1,000 for her trouble.
