Now that both Davis Polk and Sullivan & Cromwell have let everyone down, bonus announcements have been rolling in left and right, all with Cravath matches.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer announced its 2015 bonuses last night, soon after Davis Polk announced its Cravath match. Freshfields associates were at a pre-party before the firm’s holiday party when they found out the news.

According to the Freshfields memo, associates who are on the firm’s U.S. salary scale and in good standing will receive their Cravath-scale bonus matches on December 15. It should be noted that the firm will also be doling out New York bonuses to its Washington, D.C., office. Here’s the memo that all associates received last night:
