As is customary with our caption contests, we’ll now reveal the backstory behind the picture. This picture was actually submitted to us for our annual legally themed Halloween costume contest, but we decided to use it to coincide with the Star Wars craze that’s swept the nation since December. You may recognize the fellow wearing this awesome costume as General Jurisdiction and Williams v. Illinois from previous ATL costume contests. This is his best costume yet — may the force be with him!
