Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump might have been served during last night’s debate, but that’s much better treatment than he’s allegedly receiving from these celebrity chefs, who refuse to serve him at all:

District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Brian Holeman on Friday rejected Trump’s request for a ruling in his favor in his lawsuit against celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian. But the judge also said that Zakarian couldn’t win at this stage of the case either.

Trump sued Zakarian and fellow celebrity chef José Andrés in August 2015 after both restaurateurs dropped plans for restaurants in Trump’s new hotel in downtown Washington. Zakarian and Andrés said they could no longer do business with the Republican presidential nominee after he made disparaging remarks on the campaign trail about Mexicans.

Trump had asked Holeman to find that Zakarian was liable for breaching their contract, and to skip ahead to calculating damages. Zakarian countered that it was Trump who violated the terms of their agreement.

Holeman ruled against both sides, saying those questions must be decided at a trial.
