Supreme Court pretty It’s the time of year again. We’re already had a Kim Kardashian reference at the Court, so you know we’re off to a rollicking start.

Elie Mystal and I have been touring New York-area law schools speaking to ACS chapters about the docket (if your law school or group is interested in hosting future events, let us know), but we decided for this week’s podcast to bring on an actual expert, SCOTUSBlog contributor and Goldstein & Russell partner Tejinder Singh, to talk about what’s going on inside the nation’s high court.

The docket may lack the blockbuster issues of past years, but there are still some critical cases pending before the eight-member Court.
