This Solo Practitioner Is Suing Donald Trump

This lawsuit is one of more than 100 that have been filed against Trump since he took office.

It is intimidating. I am intimidated. I mean, I would rather not be doing this. I think people are afraid to put their name out there on a lawsuit against the president. There is a sense that Donald Trump can be very difficult on people who oppose him.

Jeffrey Lovitky, the solo practitioner who is suing President Donald Trump over his official financial disclosures in an attempt to separate the president’s personal debts from his business debts, in an interview with NPR about the lawsuit. Lovitky’s federal suit is one of more than 100 that have been filed against Trump since he took office on January 20.
