Law School 3L Accused Of Urinating On Family During Metallica Concert
This is disgusting.
Law school is almost back in session, so now is as good a time as ever for law students to start misbehaving. One law student’s alleged misbehavior, however, has crossed the line from being all in good fun to being simply disgusting.
Daniel Daddio, 44, who has already deleted his LinkedIn page, stands accused of urinating all over a family of three at a recent Metallica concert. Tipsters say Daddio, a former Army special forces senior sergeant, is a rising third-year student at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he was a staff member on the Natural Resources Journal.

Daddio allegedly relieved himself on a mother, father, and their 10-year-old daughter at the Metallica concert while he was “heavily intoxicated.” According to a police report, all three family members “felt warm liquid washing over their backs and legs,” and when the father turned around, he saw Daddio in the row behind them, “standing … with his penis out of his pants and in his hands.” When the father asked Daddio why he urinated all over his 10-year-old daughter, Daddio shrugged his shoulders. He later denied the incident ever occurred.
Here’s some footage from Daddio’s first court appearance, where the judge said:
I have to say, in the 15 years I’ve been on the bench this is one of the most disgusting scenarios I’ve ever read. I don’t know if you were just completely, I don’t want to use the word, I’ll just say drunk. And I don’t even know if you know what you did. But in any event… really inappropriate.

Daddio has been charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure, a class-six felony because it involves a minor. His next appearance is August 18.
We have a feeling that if Daddio asks why he’s failed his character and fitness review, the bar examiners may just shrug their shoulders. Congratulations to Dan Daddio on potentially pissing away his legal career before it even started.
