· Experience in the following areas is what they want to see: regulatory, RE, permitting, local licensing, liquor licensing (they’ll be selling alcohol), labor relations, kitchens, fiscal and digital location legal requirements (ADA compliance), labor relations (training, regulatory, etc.), general regulatory by jurisdiction

Tech Company Senior Corporate Counsel (Patents) Responsibilities include direct client counseling, third party IP investigations, IP and software licensing, and actively working with outside counsel to manage filing, prosecuting and maintaining our growing US and foreign patent portfolio.

· 7+years of legal experience (with at least three years at a law firm) as patent attorney

· Juris Doctor and membership in good standing in at least one state bar is required

· Registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

· Experience effectively addressing and resolving patent assertions/litigation

· Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar

· Four or more years of experience working at a top national or regional law firm or the law department of a global company

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Sound and practical business judgment, as well as common sense

· A proven ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects, working with other cross-functional teams and often in ambiguous environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Industrial automation and information company Asia General Counsel · Mandarin / English bilingual and bicultural candidates

· 8-10 years’ of broad experience, including general commercial, corporate transactions (JV and M&A), and at least some minor exposure to disputes and PRC regulatory work.

Investment Management Firm New York Investment Management Attorney Company seeks an attorney to work closely with the firm’s compliance professionals and Chief Compliance Officer.  Responsibilities will include advising the firm’s business managers on securities laws and regulatory requirements.
