— Juror No. 59, called in the criminal case against pharma bro Martin Shkreli, on whether they could be impartial in the criminal trial. It was apparently difficult to select the jury the ultimately convicted Shkreli of three counts of securities fraud, as his exploits as the CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, which famously raised the price of the drug Daraprim by 5,000 percent, left quite a bit of the jury pool with… preconceived opinions about the defendant. Plus, you know, he dissed Wu-Tang. Juror No. 59 was dismissed from service.
