Position: Kroll Inc, Consulting Services Group (“CSG”) Counsel

Location: New York, NY

Description: Kroll Inc seeks a Counsel for the Americas (US, Latin America and Caribbean) Region of their Consulting Services Group (“CSG”). The candidate will counsel and support CSG legal matters in the Americas. Qualifications include: A J.D. from top law school, membership in the New York Bar desirable, 5+ years corporate law experience including commercial contract negotiation (2-3 years with a major law firm; in-house experience strongly desired).
