Job of the Week: Corporate Lawyers and Senior Project Development Lawyer

To help support its growth, it is now seeking to recruit a number of high caliber lawyers to join its global legal function which already boasts 100 lawyers worldwide. The roles are based in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.

Corporate Lawyers: 6 + years’ experience
You will be responsible for complex, sophisticated and high value corporate transactions including managing the legal aspects of joint ventures, sales and acquisitions and technical licensing agreements. You will also be involved in more general commercial matters from employment law to dispute management and be expected to identify, articulate and communicate legal risk to the business. You will report to the Chief Counsel KSA, Middle East & Africa based in Riyadh. To qualify for this position you will have 6+ years’ M&A and general corporate/commercial experience in a major law firm or multinational.

Senior Projects Lawyer: 10+ years’ experience
You will advise on significant construction projects including advising on construction, procurement, EPC and FEED contracts. You will also take an active role in managing disputes and negotiating settlements. You will report to the Chief Counsel KSA, Middle East & Africa based in Riyadh. To qualify for this position you will have 10+ years’ projects experience (renewables, oil and gas or power sector) in a major law firm or multinational.
