Position: Corporate Counsel
Description: This Silicon Valley-based Technology Company is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel with 4+ years of large firm experience. The candidate will report directly to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel and be responsible for negotiating and drafting various technology agreements; conducting due diligence for acquisitions; counseling business units regarding regulations and legal compliance matters; researching issues and drafting transactional documents where precedents may not exist; and managing outside counsel for specific transactions or company related matters as required by the General Counsel.
