International Transactional Attorney
We are seeking an attorney experienced in the global marketplace. Your responsibilities will center on negotiating complex, multi-million dollar customer contracts abroad and domestically while working to strengthen these new relationships. You’ll work with executive management to tackle country-specific legal requirements such as business formation, employment, regulatory, tax and IP.

Technology Transactional Attorney
We are seeking an experienced attorney to negotiate complex, multi-million dollar software license agreements with prospective customers. You must be able to maintain good relationships while drafting clear and friendly contracts that meet both parties’ needs. You will work with executive management on legal and business strategies and tackle other projects as needed.

Both positions require a history of academic and professional success, including a degree from a top law school and at least five years of relevant experience. Relocation to the Madison, WI, area is required and reimbursed.
