Meysan A.T. Partners, a boutique Middle Eastern law firm based in Kuwait, has established an exceptionally strong regional reputation with an enviable client base, which includes multinational clients, banks and large Middle East conglomerates. With particular strength and expertise in the cross border corporate/M&A space, it is now seeking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of a bright, motivated, midlevel Corporate/M&A/Private Equity Attorney.

As part of a collegiate group of highly experienced lawyers, this is an opportunity to obtain significant exposure to some of the most high-profile regional deals, from inception to completion and post completion. You will be responsible for assisting on negotiating, drafting and reviewing complex documentation (shareholders agreements, sale & purchase agreements and related agreements etc.) across a wide spectrum of deals (and industry sectors) including joint ventures, asset and other acquisitions, disposals, divestments, and private equity deals.

We currently have two open positions for an Associate and Senior Associate. To qualify for these positions, you will have at least 4 to 8 years (for the Associate & Senior Associate positions respectively) of sophisticated private M&A/transactional or private equity experience gained at a top US, English or regional law firm.

Excellent academic credentials are a must as is the ability and confidence to run deals in a fast paced environment (and sometimes with minimal supervision). In addition to possessing excellent drafting and negotiating skills, you will be a team player and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
