8 - Do you have inside information about Seyfarth? No official "no freeze" announcement has gone out, and comp decisions aren't typically finalized until March.

Shearman just confirmed they will not be freezing (memo just came around). Bonuses will be discretionary going forward (a good thing in my opinion, but I'm sure some will disagree), although most associates are expected to receive the standard bonus. Still no hours requirement.
