In "The Daily Recorder" paper from California and its article from Tuesday June 10 entitled "Kozinski Gives New Life To Role of Chief Judge" by John Roemer, the third paragraph states: "Since [he became Chief Judge] he has put lawyers and his own judges on notice within the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that their shortcomings will be publicly posted for all to see."

Indeed.
