I want YOU to know that picuture is NOT me. I do NOT walk on the beach NAKED to get people to support my Blawg. Some of these comments are also RUDE and I do NOT think that some of you are actual lawyers. The person who called my Blawg LAME obviously has never viewed my Blawg and is probably a rude MAN or a young TART who only gets a head by letting MEN gawk at her in revealling clothing at her firm. I have gone into competition with aba journal AND worked on depositions so this does NOT make my Blawg lame.
Has ANYONE researched to know if Scquire Sandars is a REAL firm, I do not think it is real. This is propoganda and no one at MY firm is being layoffed. WHO makes $5.5 million dollars a YEAR? No one. Lets be REALISTIC about this. My managing partner insures that Indians will NOT take my job. I can ALWAYS be a famous Blawgger anyways.
Any SERIOUS legal Blawg should NOT have naked WOMEN pictures on it. Abovethelaw is CLEARLY not thinking straight and any WOMEN attornies will go to other Blawgs.
A women in MY building is leaving because of RUDE management aven though this is a VIOLATION of housing codes and is constructive conviction according to my Property professor. And EVEN though this is Intelectual Property on the internet, the SAME property laws probably apply so Abovethelaw should do research on whether these picutures are CONSTRUCTIVE because I think they are.
HERE is a WOMAN who is a sucess even though she does NOT show her self in skimpy clothing. This is a LESON to that other TART who put her picuture on here.
If she EVER goes back on to the Supreme Court I will write here a letter or APPELLATE BRIEF on "Molly" banning me from aba journal. She probably knows about First Amendment law. I do NOT think I want to commence proceedings with aba journal but I DO want to KNOW my rights.
I did SOME research an this is propoganda. If it WERE true, this would be a BREECH of contract and actionable in the District court that is the situs of the firm. The firms would be GUILTY of UNJUST ENRICHMENT which would be MILLIONS of dollars that they would have to pay the attornys which would put them OUT of business, so this is unlikely.
My manageing partner also explained once that WHO EVER is spreading these lies could be guilty of FALSE PRETENCES.
Plus I do NOT think any one would call a law firm "Skaddan" so it is probably falsified.

My Property law professor explained that CONCURRENT ownership is when ONE owner shares property with another owner but if THIS Blawg is using the "siren" with OUT permission from another Blawg then it might be NON-Free hold and a possible violation.
BUT, I do NOT know if it was inter vivos, and I am NOT an expert in Property law.
There is NO excuse for having WOMEN always showing to much CLEAVEGE on this Blawg. My Boyfriend thinks I am attractive, and I am, even though I do NOT dress scandaliously. A woman like that could NOT work in a law firm if she wants to be taken seriously. That woudl not make "career services" useful for her. All the woman working in MY career services at my LAW SCHOOL dressed proper.
There should be a uniform law baring publication of PICTURES like this on LEGAL Blawgs, just like the Uniform Probate Code. But they should NOT have to wear uniforms, that is not what I mean.
This Blawg does NOT make any sence There is NO GURARNTEE to pass the Bar Exam and if you fail, MOST jurisdictions let you take it AGAIN anyway. I would be okay if these people drink a LITTLE bit of WINE only because it relaxes you and is also GOOD for you, but it should be the red wine only, not the white. I do NOT drink, though.
But sometimes DEPRESSION and DIVORSE are BIG problems for attorney's.

Some of these COMENTS are discusting and this little TART needs to put some CLOTHES on. She OBVIOUSLY thnks she can only succeed by letting MEN stare at her but she SHOULD be reading a book in the library and study. I passed the bar AND I am attractive, at least my boyfreind says so, and THATS all that matters. And I did NOT need to know ANTI-TRUST law.
She SHOULD be ashamed of failling AND of showing her private parts for all these rude MEN or should I say BOYS to gawk at. HOPEFULLY that does not get me banned for saying what I BELIEVE like at aba journal. I researched and "Molly" does not work for Above The Law, but they might be a conglomerate.
