The career services people at my school were great, but a lot of students complained about the ones who never practiced first.

Wow, that sounds terrible. Students complained mid-semester to school officials about a new prof at my school; in response, a more experienced Evidence prof was brought in to "supervise." Things were a little tense between the two professors, but I think it was for the best . . .
Florida judges aren't the only ones . . .
Recently, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline ousted Clark County Family Court Judge Nicholas Del Vecchio from office. Vecchio made sexually lewd comments to female co-workers, including one judge. He was also removed for making racially discriminatory remarks to court staff and for having sex with his judicial assistant (who is also his former stepdaughter) during work hours.
