Just curious as to how she expects to win this case against PetSmart ... Could the hospital and others have made her sign some non-sue waiver ?

1. On the previous "dead-heads" above whom obviously don't have patience enough to warrant more than a knat's attention span regarding site changes: Phuck off, you whiny POS's. Something tells me that you're not earning your keep.

(I'll be the guy/gal eating your lunch and making those cutbacks that you live in fear of)

2. Has ANYONE here (commentors) given a thought to the larger issues, or has this self-love of the left gone so far as to totally absorb brain tissue ?

3. ATL should seriously consider an IQ test before allowing comments.

One more reason that kids should be studying ....

... they just don't know the difference between having something meaningful to say and not.

"Yes" ... you can post new topics ...

... by the way, 'MySpace' is THAT way.

I prefer Speedo's, Boots and a Cowboy Hat. Seriously, try that just one Saturday and you'll never be asked to work another weekend ... Evar.

Miley may be smiley, she may even be wiley,
but Halverson's got the scooter so please don't boot her.

For all her charm, grace and wits, I hope she wins and beats the skinny b!tch.

Ya just gotta luv a bunch of whiney Lawyer Commentors with an excess of idle time on their hands whom have nothing better to do than shell-out the baloney over typo's and how the content of a site they are commenting on doesn't suit their particular self-indulgent fantasy of their own importance.

No wonder law firms are cutting back (and my company is sending them home in droves too). There's obviously an excess of idle wit among the overly self-absorbed.

At least Pacific Reporter had the balls to actually sign in before he/she offered his/her bullsh!t.

Congratulations and welcome. I'm looking forward to your editorial skills !

Part of the fun here is that this is a personal blog of sorts ... it's the oddities of one's perspectives that make things entertaining. Be objective towards fact, never of opinion.

Lawyers don't make good bloggers. The same is true of the converse.

Lawyers, when they try to blog, however -- priceless.

Congratulations again.
