is there a link to the OA anywhere? Granted, I only looked for like 30 seconds, but I'd like to hear what this guy sounded like. Why can't the 5th Circuit be more like the7th and post OA on the court's website? To the extent that they do and I just missed it . . . well I've put my foot in my mouth worse than that in the past.

Lat, have you already posted about the california trial court ruling that early termination fees on cell phone plans are illegal under state law? i didn't see it here. can you maybe get a link to the opinion? i suppose i could look myself, but i'm just too lazy.

Sunday night football does a "worst person of the week" award every (you guessed it) Sunday night. I think ATL should do something similar (perhaps a worst person of the month award). The asshole in this story would be my nomination for this month.
