It is McCain who is on shaky grounds. I understand (internet rumors) that he has never produced his birth certificate, which may show that he was not born in the Canal Zone (no base hospital existed at the time), but in the country of Panama.

To poster 67--Apparently it wasn't the efficacy of the product that led to the indictment, it was the credit card fraud that was being practiced. People would be billed for products they did not receive, or not sent products that they ordered. As to whether the product worked or not see: http://www.coreynahman.com/enzyte-information-review.html

First he lost his pants. Then he lost his suit. Thank goodness he still has his briefs.

If his appeal is dismissed and he's fined for a frivolous lawsuit (and a frivolous tie, too), then my satisfaction will be guaranteed.

Did he have the umbrella listed separately on an insurance policy if it was worth that much? If not, wasn't it covered by his umbrella policy?

Wow! Regulating access to the executive washroom! Corporate execs who'll have to piss with the peasants! That must be the end of civilization as we know it.P.S. Any chance the regulation will prevent the next fiscal meltdown?
