Position: Mid-Level Capital Markets/M&A Associate

Description: Prominent international firm seeks multiple mid-level associates with 4 – 6 years of experience in capital markets and/or M&A to join their well-regarded and growing practice. Candidate should have excellent experience in capital markets and/or M&A gained in a top ranked international firm (top 5 US firms heavily preferred), and must be currently employed with such a firm. Preference will be given to candidates who have been with one firm to this point in their career. Excellent academic pedigree required. Collegial team environment and excellent partnership potential.
