Position: Associate Chief Counsel, Transactional
Description: Caesars Entertainment Corporation, the world’s largest and most diverse entertainment casino company, has an opening for an Associate Chief Counsel, Transactional. The person who fills this position will manage the day-to-day transactions; provide legal advice and guidance to corporate and property management; and lead day-to-day SEC filings and other corporate governance matters. Top candidates should have 5-10 years of experience as a corporate transactions generalist, with experience as lead attorney on sophisticated M&A transactions, joint venture formations, business development transactions, and financing transactions. Hospitality industry experience not required. Strong drafting and negotiating skills are required.
