Law Students Cry Over School's Absurd Subway Ad Campaign
Back in October, we told our readers about one Boston-area law school’s exciting new advertising campaign. These days, the best way to promote your law school is by hanging posters in city subway stations that proclaim the strength of the nonexistent job market for law school graduates. Now, just a few months later, the law […] - Sponsored

Administrative Law for All at Yale!
Wednesday, we covered a controversy at Yale Law School over an Administrative Law class with an oversubscription problem. The course wound up with a waitlist of about 100 students. Some 3Ls who were denied admission into the class were quite upset, since this represented their last chance to take Admin Law. The situation was described to us as a "near riot." Yesterday morning, we brought you an update to this story -- which has a happy ending, we're pleased to report.... -

On the Real Differences Between Law Schools
Right now, students at one top law school are in a "near riot" -- our tipster's words, not ours -- because they feel they're being denied the education they're paying so dearly for. The institution in question: Yale Law School. As for what's upsetting the students there, we'll turn the floor over to a source.... -

Video of George Washington Law Student 'Occupying' Wall Street: Hilarity Ensues
A video has surfaced from this weekend's somewhat ludicrous "Occupy Wall Street" protests. One kid who is currently a student at George Washington University Law School, set the protest on fire with his plaintive, whiny, pathetic rantings, as he literally begged to be arrested. It's a great example of how NOT to use your legal training to bring about meaningful change.... -

Fight the Power: Is There a Way Around the Curve?
We get it, law students: the curve sucks. Because the law school curve affects important things like class rank, law review eligibility, and employment opportunities, it can make or break your life. But can you fight it? A student at the University of Texas School of Law is trying -- albeit unsuccessfully -- to fight the powers that be....

Did Uga Eat The Grades At UGA Law?
Well, it’s the middle of June, and it seems that some law students are still waiting for their grades. As we know from past discussion of the issue, this is a fairly common practice. The only problem with it is that it keeps law students fiending for their last grade like a crack addict searching […] -

Notre Dame Goes for Two
It’s been a rough year in South Bend. A promising new head football coach led the Fighting Irish to a disappointing 7-5 regular season. Law Student Witch Sells Spells for Bar Exam Prep Course Money(And begs her classmates for cash, too.)
Law school is expensive. We get it. Preparing for the bar exam is expensive too. We know. What’s a law student to do? Taking out more loans is the obvious answer, but at a certain point, one cries out, “!No más!” Some have turned to, for lack of a better word, begging — like this […] -

A Miami Law Student Wants a 'Student Bill of Rights.' Really?
Usually I’m happy to stand with law students against the slings and arrows of outrageous law school administration. But not this time.
