Lawyers Using Twitter To Get Their Groove On
Lawyers get punny on Twitter.
Everyone likes a good hashtag war! Or at least, people think the Twitter game of one-upsmanship is a fun distraction from the doldrums of work and the horror of the real world. Plus… PUNS!
#LawyerASong is trending and folks are tweeting out lyrics to songs… with just a few legal changes. The goal is to make the lyrics lawyerly based, while still maintaining the rhythmic structure of the original song. The results (thus far) have been decidedly mixed, but there are plenty of good ones in the mix.
