Subject: TodayAs you are aware we are facing unprecedented times, the Corona Virus is having crippling effects on a multitude of businesses across the country. Last night, the Executive Committee made the decision to trim our roster to curb the potential negative economic effects we face. Although we are all saddened by the reduction of our staff, the decisions were made in an effort to maintain the firm’s long term viability. I speak for the entire Executive Committee when I say that we remain committed to each of you and I am confident that together we will get through these difficult times.Going forward, our top priority must be to provide top flight service to our clients even if it means working from remote locations. Some projects will be put on hold. However, certain projects will move forward and be of such importance to the client that they are transformative. We must take advantage of these opportunities and strive to be fully available and even more responsive than usual. Remember, helping a client through difficult times are when the strongest client relationships are developed.Thank you!Stay Safe.
