Hint: According to the study, under Roberts there are “the most pro-religion justices on the Supreme Court going back at least until World War II.” Under Chief Justice Earl Warren, a religious outcome was supported in 45.5 percent of the cases, 51.4 percent of the cases under Chief Justice Warren Burger, and 58.1 percent of the cases under Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist.
