Milbank Rushes Into The Year-End Bonus Fray

Big bonuses are dominating Biglaw!

Now Milbank has enter the bonus conversation.

With $1,359,000,000 in revenue last year, the firm picked up the 31st spot on the Am Law 100. And it looks like the firm is using the cash to reward associates for their hard work by matching the prevailing market bonuses.

The bonus scale at Milbank is as follows:

Bonuses will be paid by December 31 to associates in good standing at the firm. Unlike some of their peer firms, both the class of 2015 and 2014 are on the bonus scale. Bonuses for special associates will be individualized. You can read the full memo on the next page.
