  • OSHA Retaliation Claims in the Trump Administration.  We’re one year into the Trump Administration, and one thing that’s changed is the OSHA regulatory landscape; while whistleblower complaints had been on the rise during the Obama Administration, the new administration has not pursued enforcement as aggressively.  Take a deep dive into the actions taken by the new team to roll back OSHA regulations.  Airing January 25 at 2:00 p.m. (EST)
  • The Fair Housing Act: A Primer on Analyzing and Avoiding Discrimination Claims. • SCOTUS Preview 2018.  In the second annual SCOTUS Preview program, eight cases on the Supremes’ docket will be addressed.  Join the presenters for a look at some of the most compelling cases the Court will hear in the new year.  With hot-button issues such as gerrymandering in Wisconsin, this fantastic examination of such critical cases is not to be missed!  Airing January 30 at 10:00 a.m. (EST)
