The role involves advising on federal banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, and Federal Reserve Act, along with related supervisory matters, transactions, or enforcement actions. Candidates should have a Juris Doctor, be licensed to practice law, and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where the position is based.
