Our client has a crazy busy practice doing commercial but also oil and gas litigation. The partner in charge of the group is a lawyer we once placed as a senior associate. He now runs an 8 figure practice at an awesome firm. Much of it is complex commercial litigation and oil and gas litigation.  This is a friendly place, not a "racing tuned" NY firm.  They have plenty of profits, but they can charge rates that make it possible to do very cool work even as a more junior associate.
