Litigation Attorney

Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney (MPBF) is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Civil Litigation practices in San Francisco and Sacramento.

Candidates should be admitted to practice in California and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience in all phases of litigation including law and motion, depositions, trial and appeals and should be proficient in oral and written advocacy. They should be fully proficient with all forms of discovering techniques and have a demonstrated ability for properly drafting motions of all types. Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate clear and concise writing skills and perform thorough legal analysis. Candidates need to be highly organized, hardworking and demonstrate the confidence to work under multiple high-pressured deadlines.

MPBF is an equal opportunity employer and offers a professional work environment. The base salary range for an associate attorney with one to seven years of experience is $115,000 - $160,000, subject to qualifications and experience.

Attorneys meeting their billable hour's goal are eligible for objective bonus of up to $40,000 and subjective bonuses (amount varies). All Associates are also eligible for origination bonuses that are paid monthly.
