Mid-Level Associate Trial Lawyer

Our client is a top-flight Houston trial/litigation boutique where several of the partners and associates are our friends. We have placed numerous lawyers in this firm over the years.  In fact, we only recently placed several attorneys, but one more is needed.  Universally, the experiences our candidates at this firm over a span of many years have had at this firm have been positive. As a mid-level associate at this firm, you will have immediate experience in depositions and courtroom work, and the cases this firm handles are first-rate.  The sweet spot for this current position is 4-5 years if experience, but we are talking to candidates slightly below and above this range.  This firm is not cheap - you will have top flight compensation. They are also not a sweatshop. Trial is always a time-suck, and there will be long hours, but the attorneys at this firm are tightly integrated into the Houston community. They (and you) insist that they have a life outside of work.  Compensation is also top notch, with bonuses based in part on firm success.
