Mid Level Complex Litigation Associate

Our client, a busy and successful plaintiff firm in Houston, is seeking a mid-level complex litigation associate. You will have 5-8 years of litigation experience, handling dockets of complex cases, including class actions and mass torts. You will also have excellent writing/briefing skills.  The cases you will be working on are high-dollar and interesting. One case you will immediately be working on is a multi-billion dollar class action suit involving ranchers who suffered damages in the Smokehouse Creek fire in West Texas. Compensation includes a solid base, with the kicker being having "skin in the game" with a percentage of settlements and verdicts on handled matters.
