Mid-Level Corporate Associate

The hiring partner of an AmLaw 100 firm in New York has requested Kinney Recruiting to recruit corporate associates with four (4) to six (6) years of large firm experience.  We are specifically looking for candidates with some public company M&A experience who are interested in broadening their corporate skillset to include corporate governance, capital markets, shareholder activism and takeover defense, and private equity representation.  The winning candidates will be personally mentored by a key group of decision-makers whose long-term plan includes shepherding these associates to equity partnership.  This firm ranks among the top 20 firms in AmLaw 2021's PPP rankings.  Admission to the New York bar is required.  This is not a remote role. To learn more, submit your resume to ny@kinneyrecruiting.com.
