Kinney Recruiting has been directly contacted by a regional law firm in Philadelphia, PA, on a search for a mid-level litigation associate for the firm's highly-ranked insurance coverage practice. The ideal associate should have two (2) to four (4) years of commercial litigation experience in a regional or large law firm setting. Experience litigating disputes involving insurance coverage, bad faith, and reinsurance is a plus, but not necessary. This practice has a close-knit group of associates and therefore, attrition from this group is low. A JD from a highly-ranked US law school is and admission to the Pennsylvania bar are required.
