Mid-Level Tax Associate

A high-profile New York City law firm reached out to Kinney Recruiting for assistance on a mid-level tax associate search for the New York office.  This is a truly unique opportunity for a large firm tax associate to get into the international tax planning and exempt organizations space.  The associate will work on a variety of matters including for-profit / non-profit joint ventures, art law transactions, international tax planning for private clients, and corporate transactions.  We are interested in speaking with any big law tax associates with two (2) to four (4) years of transactional tax experience who are interested in broadening their practice  and working with a tight-knit team of tax attorneys. An LLM in taxation is preferred, but not required. A JD from a highly-ranked US law school and admission to the New York bar is required.
