Mid- to Senior Level Health Care Associate

The Health Care & Life Sciences pratice group of a highly regarded Am Law 50 firm seeks an experienced health care regulatory, reimbursement and fraud & abuse associate to join their Chicago group. Kinney Recruiting has placed numerous associates at this firm in the past year and the feedback from those candidates, and the market at large, about this firm's Chicago office could not be better. The ideal caniddate will have 5 or more years of experience with health care regulatory, reimbursement, and /or fraud & abuse regulation. Policy, advocacy, and compliance experience with (1) CMS coding, coverage, and payment, and / or (2) healthcare fraud and abuse (eg, anti-kickback / Stark), is required. Experience with reimbursement matters involving commercial payors is preferred.
