The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a senior associate with six to seven years of experience to join their fast-growing and internationally recognized Debt Finance Practice.  You will have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the growth of their special situations, restructuring and private equity practices, each of which is one of the most strategically important practices of the firm. The work is sophisticated and dynamic and you will be well-mentored and trained. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
