As we head into the school year, it’s time to think about using commutes more effectively.

As we head into the school year (whether you are a law student or just watching backpack commercials on the news), it’s time to think about using commutes more effectively. Once you’ve listened to your favorite gangster rap songs eight times, you might want to try this month’s Legal Talk Network podcasts.

The legal podcast network released a variety of episodes related to legal news revolving around the First Amendment, constitutional challenges to state workers’ compensation laws, and the response to President Trump’s announcement about transgender service members. In the legal technology genre, other shows addressed why we should be teaching legal tech in law school, how to build an affordable but award-winning law firm website, and when to accept failure on a technology project.

In addition to the usual lineup, Legal Talk Network attended the ABA Annual Meeting in August and recorded interviews with panelists from the conference.
